We want you to feel confident subscribing to PolicyAndPlay. This policy explains your rights and how to request a refund.

1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason — this is your statutory cooling-off period.

To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of your purchase date by emailing hello@policyandplay.co.uk with your name and the email address used to subscribe.

If you have already downloaded or accessed content during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that the service has been partially delivered and you may not be entitled to a full refund.

2. Subscription Renewals

After the initial 14-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after a renewal payment has been taken, you will retain access until the end of that billing period but will not receive a refund for the remaining time.

3. Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is applicable as no payment was taken.

4. Exceptions

We may offer refunds outside of the above policy at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@policyandplay.co.uk with:

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
